Orders must be placed online by completing the relevant Order Form.
The products will be sent by courier to the address you have indicated in the Order Form. The payment method is COD (cash on delivery). Deliveries occur during standard working hours, so please make sure you or your representative is available at the location you indicated during that time.
All prices within this site are final. In case of an ongoing promotion, our customers will have the chance to get a discount on the price of the product in promotion. Prices of products shall be subject to change without prior notice. Buyers shall be charged with the product price that was indicated at the time of purchase.
Claims for returns or cancellations are sent by e-mail to: support@fulfixcomplexasia.com within 60 days from the delivery date. In the claim the customer shall state the reasons for the claim. We reserve the right not to accept the claim of the buyer, if the grounds for his/her complaint are found to be unreasonable.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it (as new), without having been unsealed and without the original package having been violated in any way.
Upon return, you must show the order number of the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown in the order code.
Upon compliance with the Terms and conditions herein, and after our acceptance to have the product returned, the customer shall be entitled to receive either another product of equal value or a refund. The refund to the customer shall be completed within 90 days from the date we received the product, as both the courier service rendered and the price difference between the relevant products shall be paid for by the customer.
In case of repeated refunds or refunds based on abusing the right of return, the company is entitled to refuse to return the product, even if the terms and conditions have been met and fulfilled accordingly.
These terms shall not affect any consumer rights provided for by law.
The customer shall be responsible for selecting his/her product and its suitability for the purposes intended.
The customer shall not harm or attempt to harm the integrity, safety and availability of the services rendered by our company.
The customer shall indicate a valid name, family name, telephone, e-mail, and address.
The customer shall pay the price of the goods ordered.
The customer shall be available, or have a representative available at the time of delivery.
The customer shall not place fake orders.
The customer shall not distribute fake product reviews or give any other false information on the product.
The company shall reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions, as this right shall not affect the existing terms and conditions, accepted by the customer upon placing an order. The modification or renewal shall become effective from the moment when the relevant amendments have been uploaded to this website. This Agreement shall be subject to the applicable International jurisdiction, especially when it concerns laws that provide for issues related to e-commerce, distance selling, and consumer protection.
